Shark Point (Hin Bida) - Koh Lanta & Phi Phi

Shark Point, or Hin Bida as locals call it, is a solid dive, especially if you're relatively new to the game. It's a series of submerged pinnacles, not too deep, topping out around 17 meters, which makes for plenty of bottom time. We've seen leopard sharks here, often just lounging on the sand, and the coral bommies hold plenty of moray eels and lionfish. It’s a good spot for a relaxed dive, usually pretty calm, and a reliable place to tick off a few cool sightings without too much effort.
