Koh Samet Island, Krabi - Similan Islands
Koh Samet Island, Krabi, is one of those gentle Similan spots perfect for knocking the rust off your fins. At a maximum depth of 14 metres, it’s an easy drift or a relaxed potter around the coral patches. We’ve found it’s a good place to spot cuttlefish, especially if you’re patient and look amongst the whip corals. It’s also a favourite for dive courses and those just getting comfortable in the water, offering calm conditions and plenty of time to take in the smaller details.
