With 173+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, eagle rays, giant moray eels, whale sharks and clownfish - Lohsamah Bay offers some of Similan Islands's richest reef diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest April, May, June.
Lohsamah Bay, tucked into the Similan Islands, offers a calm dive. We usually find good visibility here, especially in the shallower sections. It’s a good spot for spotting the smaller stuff, nudibranchs often make an appearance, and the resident reef fish are always around. This site is excellent for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed second dive.
