Maya Corner, Maya Bay - Similan Islands
Maya Corner, tucked into the shelter of Maya Bay, is one of those comfortable Similan sites where you can really just relax and enjoy the reef. At a gentle 16 meters, it’s a perfect spot for new divers to get comfortable or for anyone looking for a chilled-out afternoon. We often find ourselves drifting over healthy hard corals, spotting clownfish darting amongst their anemones and the occasional reef shark cruising by. It’s a gentle introduction to the Similans, easy to navigate, and generally free from strong currents.
