With 173+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, eagle rays, giant moray eels, whale sharks and clownfish - Pileh Wall 1 offers some of Similan Islands's richest wall diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest April, May, June.
Pileh Wall 1 is a pretty gentle introduction to wall diving, especially if you’re new to the Similans. Dropping down to about 15 metres, it’s not a deep dive, which we think makes it a relaxed option for those building confidence. You’ll drift along, keeping an eye out for resident clownfish darting amongst anemones and schools of bannerfish fluttering past. It’s a calm site, often sheltered, making it a good choice for newer divers or for a relaxed afternoon second dive.
