With 173+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, eagle rays, giant moray eels, whale sharks and clownfish - Racha Noi Bay offers some of Similan Islands's richest reef diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest April, May, June.
Racha Noi Bay often provides a relaxed drift over a sloping reef. We've seen reef sharks cruising the deeper sections and plenty of smaller reef fish closer to the surface. It's a good spot for newer divers or those looking for an easy second dive after a deeper drift. The currents are generally mild here, making it a comfortable experience.
