Sea Chart Wreck - Similan Islands
The Sea Chart Wreck sits upright on the seabed at 28 meters, a supply ship that went down in 2009. We like a wreck with a bit of history, and this one’s still relatively intact, offering some decent swim-throughs into the cargo holds and bridge if you’re comfortable with overhead environments. Keep an eye out for batfish hanging around the mast and lionfish tucked into shadowy corners. It’s a good intermediate dive, mostly for the depth, and a nice change of pace from the Similans' usual reef dives.
