Cod Hole is on the northern reaches of the Great Barrier Reef, a place famous for its potato cod. You’ll typically see these inquisitive giants hovering around the bommies, often approaching divers closely. It’s a shallow dive, usually 10-20 metres, making it approachable for most experience levels looking for a close encounter with big fish. Just remember, no touching the wildlife.
