With 154+ marine species recorded in the area - including hammerhead sharks, sea turtles, tiger sharks and napoleon wrasse - Milln Reef - Rainbow offers some of Great Barrier Reef's richest reef diving. Water ranges 24-30°C, warmest January, February, March.
Rainbow at Milln Reef offers a comfortable drift over a sloping coral garden. We often see white-tip reef sharks cruising the deeper sections and plenty of smaller reef fish darting amongst the bommies. It’s a pretty gentle dive, good for photographers or those looking for a relaxed exploration of the outer reef. You'll likely find something interesting here without too much effort.
