Ribbon Number Four doesn't always make the highlight reels, but it's a solid dive for those who appreciate the quieter corners of the Great Barrier Reef. We've often found ourselves drifting over large stands of staghorn coral here, particularly impressive when the light hits just right in the late morning. Keep an eye out for the unusual yellow scroll coral, a species we don't always spot elsewhere. It's a relaxed drift, perfect for an easy second dive or for divers keen on observing without the crowds.
