    StandoutExceptional marine biodiversity

The Swimming Pool, named for its calm, shallow basin, offers a gentle introduction to the Great Barrier Reef. We’ve found it’s a good spot for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed experience, with calm conditions most days. You’ll typically see smaller reef fish darting amongst the scattered coral patches. It’s not a thrill-seeker's dive, but it's a pleasant one.
