Tiparra Reef off South Australia offers a solid temperate water dive. We've found good numbers of schooling fish here, sometimes big schools of Australian salmon, and the occasional leafy sea dragon if you’re patient and know where to look. It’s a nice option for divers who appreciate the subtler beauty of southern Australian reefs, particularly those keen on macro life and temperate species. Visibility can be variable, so pick a calm day after a few days of settled weather for the best chance.
