With 199+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, bull sharks, dolphins, dugongs and great white sharks - OLD Faithful offers some of Sydney & New South Wales's richest diving. Water ranges 18-23°C, warmest January, February, March.
Old Faithful, near Sydney, is a good shore dive when conditions are calm. It’s an easy entry for divers of all levels, leading to a rocky reef around 10-15 metres deep. You'll often spot wobbegongs tucked into crevices and schools of yellowtail scad darting about. It’s a reliable spot for a relaxed afternoon dive when you’re not after anything too challenging.
