Old Man Rock, just off Goat Island, offers a good, straightforward dive. Expect rocky reefs with kelp forests, home to snapper, blue cod, and crayfish. The site isn't deep, usually around 10-15 metres, making it a solid spot for newer divers or those looking for an easy second tank. It’s a reliable local favourite when you want to get wet without much fuss.
