The Gardens - Poor Knights Islands

Zara's Garden is a really pleasant shallow reef in the Somosomo Strait, perfect for a relaxed dive if you're keen on taking your time. The reef starts in just a meter of water and slopes down to about 19 meters, packed with soft and hard corals. We've seen some lovely fluted clams here, and if you’ve got a good eye, you might spot an ivory cowry or even a soft locust lobster tucked away. Visibility usually hovers around 20 meters, making it a great spot for newer divers or anyone who just wants to soak up the colour without battling a strong current.
