Petries Pillar, off Klein Bonaire, is a good pick for a relaxed afternoon dive. The pillar itself rises impressively from the seabed, draped in a good variety of soft corals and barrel sponges, making for some decent wide-angle shots if you time it right. We've often found green morays tucked into crevices and parrotfish grazing on the surrounding reef. It's a fairly easy drift, perfect for newer divers or anyone just wanting a chill dive without strong currents.
