Playa Benge - Klein Bonaire
Playa Benge on Klein Bonaire isn't just another drift dive. What we love about it is the sheer scale of the hard coral formations, especially those big, chunky pillar corals that rise like ancient sentinels. You’ll spot a few impressive yellow pencil corals too, always a treat. The site feels expansive, with these deep valleys and ridges that just draw you in. We’ve found the currents here tend to be pretty gentle, making it a relaxed drift where you can really take your time. Keep an eye out for the schoolmasters and doctorfish, they’re usually swirling around in decent numbers. If you're lucky, you'll catch a glimpse of the shyer dwarf planaxis tucked away. It’s a site that really rewards a slow pace, allowing you to absorb the grand scenery and spot those smaller details. This is a perfect dive for photographers or anyone who appreciates the architecture of a healthy reef.
