Soft Coral Garden (unmarked site) - Klein Bonaire

We often find ourselves drifting along the Soft Coral Garden on Klein Bonaire. It’s an unmarked site, so you’ll need a good boat captain to find it, but it’s worth the search. Here, the reef slope is gentle, packed with swaying soft corals that ripple with every surge. Keep an eye out for the smaller stuff – we’ve spotted Puffcheek Blennies peeking from crevices and the vibrant flash of Bicolor Basslets darting between coral branches. This is a lovely, relaxed drift, perfect for an easy afternoon dive, especially if you enjoy just watching the reef breathe around you. You might even catch a glimpse of a loggerhead or hawksbill turtle cruising by.
