Cueva de los Peces - Isla de la Juventud

Cueva de los Peces, or "Cave of the Fish," isn't a deep dive, topping out at 21 meters, which makes it a really comfortable spot for newer cave divers. You're mostly exploring a series of large, interconnected caverns, rather than tight squeezes, and the light penetration is often quite good. We’ve found barracuda often hang out near the entrance, sometimes a bit curious about divers. It’s a good place to practice buoyancy and light work in a relatively relaxed overhead environment, perfect for building confidence before tackling something more challenging.
