Cueva Azul, or Blue Cave, is a favourite for a reason near María la Gorda. You'll drop into a large cavern, the entrance wide open to the Caribbean sun, filtering down into the blue light that gives the cave its name. We've seen reef sharks patrolling the deeper sections and often find schools of jacks circling just outside the mouth. It’s a straightforward cave dive, good for those looking for their first overhead experience.

    Safety Notes

Overhead environment - never enter without proper cave/cavern training, redundant equipment, and a guideline.
