Seaklub - Punta Cana
If you’re heading to Punta Cana, we’d definitely point you toward the team at Seaklub. These guys are your go-to if you’re looking to get certified, offering everything from Open Water up to Divemaster through their PADI 5 Star setup. What we really appreciate is their knack for making everyone feel welcome, whether you’re nervous about your first fin kick or keen to polish up some skills. Seaklub really shines with its boat dives out to local wrecks. We’ve always had a solid experience, with dive guides who genuinely know these sites inside out. Our favourite is the **Astron**, a cargo ship that’s broken into three pieces, sitting in about 12 metres of water. Dropping down onto the bow, you’ll often find schools of sergeant majors swirling around the mast, and we’ve even spotted nurse sharks tucked into the holds. The visibility here can be superb, often 20 metres plus, especially in the mornings before the winds pick up. They’re also excellent at managing groups, so you never feel like part of a cattle call, which is a big plus in a popular spot like Punta Cana.
