SUNBRIGHT - Tobago

The Sunbright sits in about 18 metres of water, a tug vessel that went down in 1989 while waiting for drydock. It’s a good, solid wreck dive, not overly deep, making it accessible to most certified divers. We’ve found plenty of schooling fish here, often snappers and grunts that duck into the holds as you approach. Keep an eye out for moray eels tucked into the machinery. It's a proper wreck, so you’ll see the hull plates and superstructure, all well-colonised by corals and sponges now. It’s a comfortable dive, usually with manageable currents, perfect for a relaxed afternoon exploring a piece of local maritime history.
