With 458+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, eagle rays, humpback whales, nurse sharks and oceanic whitetip sharks - Tres Amigos offers some of St. Croix's richest diving. Water ranges 27-30°C, warmest August, September, October.
Tres Amigos offers a straightforward dive to 21 meters, good for intermediate divers comfortable with typical Caribbean conditions. We’ve found a consistent population of nurse sharks here, often resting under ledges. Expect to see plenty of schooling snapper and grunts too, moving across the sand patches and low coral formations. It's a reliable spot for a relaxed afternoon dive.
