Airport Caves - Roatán
Airport Caves is exactly what it sounds like, a series of swim-throughs and small caverns not far from Roatán’s airport. We found it a nice, easy dive, usually calm and shallow enough for newer divers to practice buoyancy in confined spaces. You’ll see plenty of schooling fish darting in and out, and we often spot nurse sharks tucked away in the darker corners. It's a fun, relaxing alternative when the open reef is a bit choppy.
