French Cay Bank offers a straightforward dive along a gently sloping reef. You'll likely spot plenty of typical Caribbean reef fish – sergeant majors, parrotfish, and small groups of snapper are common. It's a relaxed site, good for knocking off some rust or for divers who prefer a slower pace without strong currents. We find it’s a solid option when you just want to get wet.
