Coral Key - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

Coral Key is a solid choice when you're looking for an easier dive around Kadavu, especially if you're still building your confidence. We’ve found it’s usually pretty calm here, with currents generally quite mild, making it a good spot for newer divers to practice their buoyancy. The site bottoms out at 18 meters, so there's no pressure to go deep, and you can spend your whole dive cruising along the reef’s edge. Expect to spot plenty of reef fish darting amongst the soft corals, with a good chance of seeing some larger parrotfish munching away. It's a pleasant, relaxed dive, perfect for a gentle afternoon in the water.
