Dua Tale - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

Dua Tale is a gentle introduction to the Great Astrolabe Reef. We’ve found it’s a good spot for newer divers, with a maximum depth of 21 metres and generally mellow conditions. The coral here, a mix of hard and soft, creates plenty of cover for smaller reef fish. Keep an eye out for the usual suspects – parrotfish grazing the coral and damselfish darting between the branches. It’s a comfortable dive, often with good visibility, making it easy to relax and simply enjoy being in the water.
