Heaven’s Door - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

Heaven's Door, over on Kadavu, is a really mellow introduction to the Astrolabe's fringes. We found it perfect for easing into the Fiji pace, a gentle slope down to 21 meters, just enough depth to feel like you're exploring without any added stress. The coral here is healthy, lots of plate corals and bommies providing shelter for damselfish and the occasional inquisitive parrotfish. It’s a great spot for newer divers, or anyone who just wants a relaxed bimble without strong currents.
