HNY 2012 - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

HNY 2012 sits squarely in the Great Astrolabe Reef, offering a relaxed dive perfect for newer divers or anyone looking for a gentle afternoon in the water. At a maximum depth of 21 metres, it's a calm spot where we've often seen smaller reef sharks cruising by and plenty of the usual suspects like anemonefish in their homes. The coral here is healthy, forming good structures that shelter schools of fusiliers. It’s not a thrill-a-minute drift, but a good, easy dive to unwind and enjoy the simple beauty of a Fijian reef.
