Nemo’s Playground - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

Nemo’s Playground is a gentle introduction to Kadavu’s underwater charm, perfect for divers just finding their fins or those looking for a relaxed dive. We’ve spent many an afternoon here, drifting slowly over a healthy patch of reef that sits comfortably at a maximum depth of 20m. You’ll find plenty of anemonefish darting amongst their host anemones, along with various juvenile reef fish tucked into every crevice. It’s a calm, easy dive, usually with minimal current, making it ideal for photographers wanting to practice their macro shots or anyone keen to simply observe the smaller details.
