One Bay - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

One Bay is a solid choice for a shallow, easy dive in Kadavu, especially if you’re just getting back into the swing of things or bringing along newer divers. At a consistent 9m, it’s a calm introduction to the reef. We often see plenty of small reef fish flitting between the soft corals here, like damselfish and parrotfish, and occasionally a resting white-tip reef shark tucked under an overhang. It’s perfect for a relaxed afternoon, or even a night dive if you fancy seeing different critters come out.
