Phantasea Dome - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

Phantasea Dome sits in the shallows of Kadavu, a coral mound that’s a genuinely pleasant spot for an easy dive. We often take newer divers here, or just go for a relaxed second dive. The hard corals are healthy, a good mix of plate and brain corals, and you’ll weave through small schools of anthias and damselfish. Keep an eye out for nudibranchs, too. It’s a gentle introduction to the reef, topping out at 19 metres, with little current to speak of.
