THE COLOSSEUM Coral Coast Divers private shark sanctuary - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

The Colosseum, a private shark sanctuary run by Coral Coast Divers, offers a straightforward introduction to Fiji’s shark populations. Dropping to a comfortable 19 metres, it's an easy dive, perfectly suited for beginners or those looking for a relaxed afternoon. We’ve found you often see grey reef sharks here, sometimes whitetips cruising by, and occasionally a lone bull shark making an appearance. It’s a good spot to observe their natural behaviour without the baiting common at other shark dives, making it a more natural encounter in our opinion.
