Neoch Atoll sits right at the surface, making it an interesting stop for snorkelers and shallow divers. You’ll find a mix of hard corals creating a home for the usual lagoon suspects – parrotfish, wrasse, and a few reef sharks cruising by. It’s a good spot to stretch out a surface interval or introduce newer divers to the area's reef life without going deep. Visibility here is generally quite good, though it can chop up a bit in strong winds.
