Otto's is a great introduction to Kimbe Bay diving, often picked for a first boat dive. It’s an easy, sheltered spot, usually with gentle currents. We’ve seen good numbers of reef fish here – fusiliers, parrotfish, and often smaller critters like nudibranchs if you look closely. It’s a comfortable dive, good for getting your buoyancy dialed in.
