Aore Adventure Sports & Lodge - Espiritu Santo
The team at Aore Adventure Sports & Lodge feels like old friends, even on your first visit. They’ve been diving Santo for ages, and that local knowledge shines through. We love how they seamlessly blend the resort stay with serious diving, making it incredibly easy to roll out of bed and onto the boat. If you’re looking for a relaxed vibe but still want to hit all the big sites – think the SS President Coolidge and Million Dollar Point – these are your people. Our favourite thing about Aore is their flexibility. While they’re a PADI 5 Star outfit, they don’t push a rigid schedule. We’ve found they’re fantastic at tailoring trips, whether you want to spend a full day exploring the Coolidge or mix it up with some reef dives. They’re based right on Aore Island, so the boat rides to some sites are wonderfully short, and you get that quiet, away-from-it-all feeling after a day’s diving. We’d suggest chatting with them about a two-tank Coolidge day; it’s the only way to really appreciate the scale of that wreck.
