Into Dive - Jeju Island

The team at Into Dive on Jeju Island are some of the friendliest faces we’ve encountered in Korean diving. They’re a PADI 5-star IDC centre, so you know the training is top-notch, whether you’re just starting out or looking to go pro. We’d suggest them particularly for anyone keen on professional development – the IDC programs here are really well-regarded. If you’re serious about diving in Korea, or even making a career out of it, Into Dive should be high on your list. What we really love about diving with them is their focus on Jeju’s unique volcanic topography. Think basalt columns, dramatic swim-throughs, and a surprising amount of soft coral swaying in the current. On a good day, the visibility can stretch to 20 metres, letting you see the sheer scale of the underwater rock formations. We’ve had some fantastic encounters with nudibranchs here, particularly the colourful *Hypselodoris* species, tucked into crevices. Be prepared for cooler water, especially outside of summer, so a good 7mm wetsuit or drysuit is a smart move. After a dive, their shop is a welcoming spot to debrief over a coffee, sharing stories about the day’s finds.
