Lighthouse
Why dive here
With 176+ marine species recorded in the area - including dugongs, sperm whales, spinner dolphins, nautiluses and pufferfish - Lighthouse offers some of Andaman Islands's richest diving. Water ranges 28-31°C, warmest April, May, June.
Lighthouse, off the Andaman coast, is a solid choice when you’re looking for a relaxed dive. We’ve found it’s a good spot for seeing some of the smaller residents, with Nagasaki damsels and blue-green chromis flitting around the corals. Keep an eye out for the humpbacked conchs moving slowly across the sand patches. We appreciate its generally gentle conditions, making it a comfortable outing for divers who prefer a more tranquil pace, or those just getting comfortable in the local waters.
