The Sayed Mohamed wreck sits at 60 metres, a sobering reminder of its past. This motor vessel capsized and sank in 1993, carrying Somali refugees. Now, decades later, it's a dive for those comfortable with deeper profiles. The wreck itself has become a habitat, with its structure attracting barracuda and schools of fusiliers. We've seen groupers lurking in the shadows of the hull, and the occasional reef shark patrolling the perimeter. It’s a quiet, reflective dive, best suited for experienced divers looking for a unique historical site rather than a vibrant coral garden.
