Nosy Tanikely Marine Park - The Drop-off (Le Tombant) - Nosy Be
Le Tombant is exactly what it sounds like – a dramatic wall on the outer edge of Nosy Tanikely. Dropping from around 15 metres, the reef plunges well beyond recreational limits, making it a great spot for those wanting a bit more depth. We’ve often found ourselves hanging off the wall, watching schools of barracuda or trevally patrol the blue. Keep an eye out for white-tip reef sharks cruising deeper, and it's not uncommon to spot a ray or two gliding past. It's a reliable choice for a second dive, offering a good chance at bigger pelagics without being overly strenuous.
