Sirru Coco Miyaru Thila - Baa Atoll

Sirru Coco Miyaru Thila is a fine example of a Baa Atoll pinnacle dive, a solid intermediate site without too many surprises. We generally drop in on the shallower side, around 10 meters, and drift our way around the thila, letting the current do some of the work. You’ll find plenty of grey reef sharks patrolling the deeper edges, especially if you arrive early. Keep an eye out for schooling blue-striped snappers tucked into the overhangs, and we’ve often spotted eagle rays cruising by in the blue. It’s a good spot for a relaxed morning dive, usually quiet, and best suited for those comfortable with a bit of current.
