Than'buru Canyon - Baa Atoll

Than’buru Canyon in Baa Atoll is a solid choice if you're looking for a comfortable, easy canyon dive. It's not a deep one, topping out at 19 metres, which makes it perfect for newer divers or those who prefer to take it easy. We found the canyon itself pretty interesting, with lots of small nooks to peer into. Keep an eye out for nurse sharks tucked away in the darker corners and the occasional resting turtle. We think it’s a great option for an afternoon dive, particularly if the currents are mild.
