Madivaru Channel is a North Ari Atoll drift dive, and it’s one we always enjoy. You’re looking at a max depth of 24m here, which is pretty standard for a good channel dive in the Maldives. We’ve found the currents can vary from a gentle push to a proper rip, so be ready for a bit of a ride. Keep your eyes peeled for grey reef sharks patrolling the channel mouth, and we often spot whitetips cruising the reef edge. This is a solid intermediate dive, perfect if you're comfortable with a bit of current and keen to see some pelagics.
