With 133+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, sea turtles, spinner dolphins and whale sharks - Turtle Reef offers some of North Ari Atoll's richest reef diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest April, May, July.
Turtle Reef, in North Ari Atoll, is exactly what it sounds like. It's a shallow, calm spot where we almost always spot green sea turtles munching on the seagrass or cruising along the reef edge. You'll likely see a few white-tip reef sharks resting in the sand, too, which is always a bonus. It’s an easy drift, maxing out at 20m, perfect for newer divers or those who just want a relaxed dive with plenty of turtle encounters.
