Kassanfaru Beyru - North Malé Atoll

Kassanfaru Beyru is a gentle introduction to Maldivian diving, perfect for those getting comfortable in the water. The reef here tops out around 10-12 metres and then slopes gradually down to a sandy bottom at 25 metres. We often find schooling bannerfish weaving through the soft corals, and smaller reef sharks are a fairly regular sight cruising the deeper edge. It’s a site where you can relax, refine your buoyancy, and just enjoy being surrounded by the peaceful pulse of the reef. If you’re a beginner or looking for a calm afternoon dive, this spot fits the bill nicely.
