With 95+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, sea turtles, spinner dolphins and whale sharks - Kuda Thila offers some of North Malé Atoll's richest reef diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest April, May, July.
Kuda Thila is a solid dive, a good example of what North Malé does well. We often find schooling fusiliers here, thick enough that they really catch the light when the sun is high. It’s a comfortable intermediate dive, the kind of place where you can just settle in and enjoy the reef architecture. The main thila has some interesting overhangs, worth a slow pass to spot the smaller stuff hiding out.
