With 95+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, sea turtles, spinner dolphins and whale sharks - Madivaru Beyru offers some of North Malé Atoll's richest diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest April, May, July.
Madivaru Beyru is a good spot in North Malé for a relaxed drift. We've often seen reef sharks cruising the outer slope here, and the reef top has a decent collection of fusiliers and snapper. It's an easy dive, often with a gentle current, making it suitable for divers looking for a straightforward, pleasant experience without too much challenge.
