Maldives Victory Wreck - North Malé Atoll

The Maldives Victory Wreck sits upright on the seabed at 35 meters, a solid structure encrusted with decades of growth. We’ve found the stern holds are often open, allowing for a swim-through if you’re comfortable with overhead environments and your buoyancy is spot-on. Schools of fusiliers often swirl around the mast, and we’ve seen batfish and snapper sheltering in the cargo holds. Currents here can be quite strong, especially on an incoming tide, so it’s a dive best suited for experienced divers comfortable with drift diving and managing their depth. It’s a proper ship, not just debris, offering a real sense of exploration.
