Sleeping Shark - North Malé Atoll

Sleeping Shark in North Malé Atoll is a solid drift dive, often with a good current pushing you along a sloping reef. Keep an eye out for white-tip reef sharks, often found resting on the sand flats or under ledges, giving the site its name. We've seen eagle rays cruise past in the blue too. It's a good spot for divers comfortable with current, looking for those classic Maldivian pelagic encounters.
