Chapati is a gentle reef dive in South Malé, good for newer divers or those looking for an easy second tank. It’s a pancake-shaped coral patch, hence the name, topping out around 23m. You’ll drift along, spotting reef fish, perhaps a turtle, and small nurse sharks tucked under ledges. We think it’s a pleasant, relaxed dive.
